With 18 years in law enforcement and over six years as a certified firearms instructor, Tim brings real-world experience and proven expertise to every course. He holds multiple advanced certifications through POST (Peace Officer Standards and Training), including:

• CCW Instructor

• Firearms, Rifle & SBR (Short-Barreled Rifle) Instructor

• Less Lethal Weapons Instructor (Shotgun, 40mm/37mm, Flash/Bang)

• AICC Academy Instructor

• Pistol Red Dot Optic Instructor

As a law enforcement instructor, Tim works with a team of highly qualified instructors from both state and local law enforcement agencies. Together, they believe that instructors should always be students first—constantly training, evolving, and applying the latest best practices to every class they teach.
